my cyriopagopus sp. blue 2 inch sling fell off from a desk cliff about 4 feet just now when i was cleaning its cage. i managed to get it back and it is still very very active, running around but there is no sign of bursting in the abdomen. it is currently still pacign around th cage. would it die?

If the abdomen didn't burst and there is no damage to the exoskeleton anywhere it will be stressed out and nervous, but most likely fine otherwise.

Yes, young arboreals are quite capable of falling without getting hurt. But continue to observe her for any clear liquid on her. Did she fall onto carpet?

I agree. You want to keep an eye on her and observe how she acts. It's rare but a T that lands wrong from a fall can have terminal internal injurys without the exoskeleton showing any signs of damage. Something like that would show up right away following the fall so if she's running around and acting normal, I'm sure she's fine.
