unknown spider

I recently came across this spider, not sure what it is specifically. I've tried narrowing it down, but most pictures with red show widows and such and I don't think this is a widow of any kind. The body is black and has the orange spots on underside as shown and I think the legs are segmented orange and black alternating. Thanks for you help. NE US (Delaware) unknownspider.jpg

It's definitely not a widow or anything medically significant, but it is hard to identify from this angle alone. Do you have any other pictures of it?


The body is black and has the orange spots on underside as shown
The red spots on its underside are its book lungs. (All spiders have them, though they often look more tan than red or orange.)

Thanks, but I gave up on the ID for now and let the spider go. I really couldn't get any better shots with the cheap p&s camera I was using. There will be another time.
