Ummidia audouini care

just caught one a these bois and I need to know what kind of substrate I should use and what I should feed it, it's pretty small. I found it burrowed into some clay-ish soil, would that be the best option or would sphagnum moss/potting soil be alright?

@TrapdoorSpiderLover and @Philth might be able to give some care tips. Clay-like soil seems to be the preferred soil for most trapdoors from what I've seen.

Thank's for ya'lls help. Here is he. He is about 7 or 8mm. Any feeding suggestions? I have an endless supply of baby N. americanus about a similar size, would those work? Is he small enough to maybe eat springtails or do I need to buy pinhead crickets or are those too big?
