i just got two new pedes, and i am very happ to have them.

First off, Otostigmus scaber (the picture is of a dead specimen, but i do have a live one):

and secondly a S. subspinipes spp. that turned out to be gravid, and has laid eggs while in transport. i hope they survive, as im pretty sure this is a rare color morph a pretty crappy picture though, doesnt do it justice at all:

any data anyone can give me on rearing pedelings, or the care of Otostigmus would be greatly appreciated.

regards,
john

They will hatch from the eggs as white pedes. When the pedelings get some color, after they hatch, you will want to separate them from mom. Feed them small grubs or worms as they will shy away from any crickets untill they get some size. Good luck and congrats.
