T's and other Pets over the boarder?

There is a strong possibility i will be moving to Washington State from Calgary Alberta very soon if some business stuff works out. Does anyone know what kinda Paperwork is required to bring T's over the US Border? I also have 2 cats and 2 budgies and im not leaving them behind.

Is paperwork different for different T's?
I know my B. Vagans is Cites protected does that matter?
