So I'm headed down to Maryland tomorrow to pick up a couple BPs, and was wondering how in the world should they be properly transported? We live in Jersey, so it's a little bit of a ride for them. Will the seller provide us with something? Or should be bring something to hold them for a bit? :?

They would probably be in deli cups or in snake bags. If they end up being in snake bags, I would recommend getting a plastic container of some sort to hold them for sure. You don't really want snake pee all over the car seat 
I would get a insulated foam box or a cooler to help keep them warmer, and you may want to include heatpacks to keep them a bit warmer on the ride home.
