Now that is just horriable. If they knew it was on there, then they should have had their wildlife people come in and remove it before take off.

And the follow up to that in which they report that exposure to cosmic rays in space caused it to grow to the size of a Boeing 747 and that it is now terrorizing Tokyo.:D

If they knew it was on there, then they should have had their wildlife people come in and remove it before take off.
It's kind of a bummer, but I suppose that removing it would have entailed a bit more than shooing it away with a broom. So rescuing it probably would have been impractical and costly.
