Time for me to branch out

After raising tarantulas since 2014, I think I've gained adequate experience. So I have decided that I am going to branch out into millipedes. Which leads me to ask: what species is a good starter for someone just getting in to millipedes?

Ivories! They are hardy, inexpensive, easy to breed, stay topside more than any other species I keep and I think they enjoy being handled. There are others like African Giant Black if you are looking for the WOW factor; but cut your teeth on these....

I haven't had ivory but bumblebees are easy as well they burrow more and don't get as big but they breed really well

@PanzoN88 I see you are from Ohio. I live in the SW corner near Cincinnati. The next Reptile Show here will be March5. They usually have a few millis there.
