OMG.

Someone please explain how this happened.

My P. fasciata mf

Paired with mm beginning 3/10/16
Male cannibalized a few days after
Dropped egg sack 5/6/16, ate sack 5/14/16
Double clutched 7/6/16, ate sack again 7/23/16
MOLTED 8/20/16
Never paired again with a male since last molt
Made an egg sack 3/1/17, which I thought was a phantom egg sack
I pulled the egg sack today 3/15/17 and saw eggs that looked viable!
Eggs could be infertile since these eggs are post-molt.
Suppose these eggs molt into instars (praying that they do hehe), someone tell me how that could be.

Pictures attached.

Yes, agree with you 100%. It's the experience of getting a sack full of good-looking eggs post-molt that's exhilirating. ☺ be posting updates anyway

It is impossible for them to be fertile. Not that it's unlikely - it is actually impossible.
