Ok thanks wasn't sure what they were. How do they come about lol

They're springtails aka "free clean up crew".
Do you have any houseplants? Springtails tend to show up indoors during the winter months and they usually set up shop in plant pots (they need moisture and feed on decomposing organic matter all of which you can find in an occupied plant pot) but may migrate to your tarantula enclosures if the conditions are right.
If you want to start a culture (so that you can add them to enclosures) then take a small tub with a lid and make a few holes in the lid, fill it with substrate, sprinkle in a little fish food/bug grub (or whatever you feed your feeder insects), carefully remove the water dish with the springtails from the enclosure and then dump the contents into the tub you just set up.
