First of all, lemme apologize in case this thread was in the wrong subforum. I just came across this problem when I was new into the hobby, and still to this day when I'm about to bring home a certain arachnid, I'm not sure if saving money by buying a baby (sling, scorpling, pedeling..etc) is a good idea. Mainly cause I don't want to end up with an animal that will take 3 years to reach half its adult size.
Googling is the obvious solution but it doesn't always work, mainly because many answers are pure speculation and I often find myself unsure if the person posting that info was coming from experience or a wild guess.
So wouldn't it be nice if we could save newcomers time and confusion? You don't have to post a detailed description, just 2 pics with the dates or collage would work. Species name too of course.
