Not sure if I should have continued on the other thread, but this is a new visit.

Last week end we were a whole AB delegation to go to the Biodome/Insectarium/Botanical Garden.

Dave (Skinheadave) and Tamara were in town, Mike (Nerri) came from Platsburgh, David (Cronos) & Julie (Endora) joined us as well as Phil (Bistrobob) was present. Needless to say we had a great time.

Here are a few pictures I took, unfortunatly most of them suck. We are not allowed to use the flash inside the biodome and the natural light was poor as we were in the afternoon.

Anyhow, hopefully our colleagues will have better pictures to share.

Martin & Amanda

First some reptiles and amphibians (BTW the turtle was under the misting system, that is why it looks like that).

Too bad I missed it :(

I was there on the opening day...looooong ago, never had the time to go back. As a fisherman, I was impressed by the size of their trouts. If they were T's that would be powerfeeding!!!!

Sounds like you all had a good time, very nice pics!

They all look so peaceful in those shots, the croc one has to be my favorite. I'm even tempted to pet its head:eek:
