Had a bit of an idea yesterday, and it worked out nicely.
A lot of people use small deli containers for slings/juvies, well I discovered that they fit flawlessly into CD racks.
The containers measure about 5.5" x 4 7/8" at their widest point..... The CD slots are 5" wide, and the lips on the containers slide right in, & couldn't fit better. I loaded the shelf up with uninhabited containers and shook the hell out of it..... It's secure. The only way anything is going to fall out is if the shelf tips forward. As an added bonus, use CDs as adjustable shelves for other small containers. I think it makes a nice display case for the smaller enclosures, and CD racks are dirt cheap. I picked this one up for $6 at Value Village. I get the deli containers for free at the grocery store. They are the Genpak AD16 16 oz. containers seen here: http://www.allpfs.com/webcatalog/detail.asp?item=GP-AD16, I get 'em at Save-On Foods/Overwaitea.
