Acanthoscurria geniculata is a good terrestrial one. My sling doesn't burrow at the moment (I don't know how big of a burrow fanatic these really become to be honest) but it does use a little flower pot I put in there whenever it feels threatened.
They get kinda nippy as adults, but they aren't H. Minax, H. Lividum, or Usumbara-like.
H. lividum begins to show aggression at a very young age. I can fiddle my fingers next to and pick up all my spiderlings 3" and smaller except for the Cobalt blue. Even P. murinus is kinda well behaved before 3" in size. H. lividum is a true devil.
