Tenrec eating but not picking up weight

I have had my tenrec for a year and 2 months now she has never had any health problems that I know of and eats all the time, however she is under weight at maximum 160 or so grams and for torpor I have to have her at minimum 200 grams

Any ideas on what's I should do or what's possibly wrong with her?
