Well I bought it thinking P. scrofa, posted a pic on here and others said P. scrofa. Well it's molted, so what's the final verdict?
I've had it 2-3 months and it has just recently molted, as mentioned in the titleCertainly not Euathlus truculentus, how long have you had it and has it moulted in your care?
How much did it grow after the moult?I've had it 2-3 months and it has just recently molted, as mentioned in the title
I'll try and get one up tonight. What are you looking for?Can you get a shot of the rear of the abdomen?
Not much. I don't have an exact measurement. Maybe .5"??How much did it grow after the moult?
To see if it has the stripe markings to the rear of the abdomen near the spinnerets.I'll try and get one up tonight. What are you looking for?

Yeah females are only meant to get to 2" or so, just noticed he said his is 2.5" As mentioned by Levi it doesn't look much like P.scrofa so I'm guessing P. sp. "Tiger"Aren't sp. pygmea tiny?
When you say sp. "Tiger" that would be the same as sp. "Chilean Tiger" correct? If so, I also purchased another spider that I was told was a P. sp. "Chilean Tiger". This one is tiny. It is about 1.5" to 2". I don't have a ruler :wall:Yeah females are only meant to get to 2" or so, just noticed he said his is 2.5" As mentioned by Levi it doesn't look much like P.scrofa so I'm guessing P. sp. "Tiger"
Wait... Are you saying Chilean tiger or Chile Bronze?Yes, tigers are small!...I have 2 that look jus like yours Chris....and previous posts about it not being pymea are prolly right, due to its size...thats why im leaning towards paraphysa sp chile bronze.....
