Is it something like an eggsack?

Yep. That's an eggsac. They cover them in sub like that. Expect a few more too.

It is all in a CD enclosure... i thinks the spiders will be very small, maybe I should pack the hole enclosure in gauze...

Aye they'll be small but not extremely tiny. I brought a Eratigena atrica into captivity and she laid multiple eggsacs. I just left the lid off when they hatched so they could disperse in my room.
