Tarantulas for Mother's Day anyone?

I asked for an Avicularia avicularia. Nice, simple, and something I don't have. I have to add one of these, even though I already have a beautiful versicolor sling!
Did any other moms here ask for a T for Mom's Day?

I got a big, beautiful female Avicularia sp. "Peru Purple" yesterday, and when I came home from the show, I got her out and showed my mom her mother's day gift. haha Mom gave me a little bit of a funny look.

This morning, I gave her a card and told her Happy Mother's Day like a good live-in daughter. lol

YEP! They're being shipped tomorrow and will be here Tuesday (and luckily I managed to get Tuesday off from work so I'll be home!)

I'm getting a Cyriocosmus perezmilesi, a Cyriocosmus sellatus sling, and two freebies! a N. chromatus sling(which I already have a freebie from three months ago, who's molted once in my care so far, lol! but two will be fun watching side by side mature) and an A. versicolor sling! So yeah, four T's for Mother's day!

Oh, speaking of power tools, I just got back from home depot, and my fiance let me buy a power drill (which I've needed for a long time now, I'm the fix-it person of the house). I guess I'm an odd one, heh.

Should probably mention we've been engaged and living together for 5 years and have a 3 year old son as well, so we're like a married couple without the legal paperwork.

Very nice, I have a sling, can't wait until it starts to show some adult colors. Its my first Avic got it as a freebie.
