Tailess whip scorpion identification

Can someone help me identify this guy?
I think it's a P. whitei but the store has it labeled as a P. mexicanus
Help would be appreciated!! Thank you!

From the size of the spots probably whitei, but it’s possible it’s something else.

IIRC mexicanus isn’t used anymore, it’s P. carolynae now.

Yeah I thought so from the spots. By the eyes... I'm not really too familiar with other species though

100% a Whitei. They can look subtly or drastically different based on locale.

Both of the attached pictures are Whitei
