Tail laying straight and flat

I own a Female Asian Forest scorpion. I just got her back from my ex husband and I noticed her tail is laying straight out flat sometimes. She’s very lively. Running around the tank climbing. Please don’t tell me she’s sick? She’s so lively

Well, tail straight out towards the back means it ain't a happy camper.
Normally these scorpions walk around with their tail straight right after pooping, mine do that for about 30 seconds.
Since yours is doing it longer, it could be dried up feces near the anus that is irritating the scorpion.
This heterometrus species are known to have digestion problems after eating mouse or other small mammals etc.

@Andrea39 Please post some images of the scorpion in question. That behavior is not normal for an extended period of time and it sounds concerning to me.
