Türkish scorpion - ID?

A friend of mine sent me these pictures of a scorpion found in Türkey, at the coast between the Aegean and the Mediterranean sea, under a rock. Any ideas on the ID?

buthus sp or mesobuthus sp its realy nice looking either way

I don't see a complete Lyre form on the carapace, so Mesobuthus species, possibly M.gibbosus....
