SW fish food to FW fish?

I have some saltwater cubed food left from when I had a saltwater tank & wanted to know if it was ok once in awhile to feed the cubes to my freshwater fish? The types of cubes are shrimp, coral reef & ocean. So kind of a mix of everything saltwater fish would eat. I have tetras, a small freshwater shark, a gourami & platys. Thanks! Kim

if its the kind I'm thinking of it shouldn't be a problem. The kind I'm thinking of is JUST shrimp, if thats the case that should be fine. If mixed with other elements I wouldn't feed it to freshwater fish. It can contain sponges and or worms that can make tetras or gouramis blow up like balloons. Fish food is cheap, no reason to risk it.
