Title states it all. The behavior I'm noticing I haven't read about or observed with it or my GBB slings. The Veriscolor, about 3/4" DSL, has killed it's past two meals and moved them outside of its den. It's been 8 days since it actually fully consumed a cricket.

In this situation would it be best to try something different or just keep to the feeding schedule and see what happens? It's abdomen isn't shriveled and it's still webbing, so I'm taking as a good sign. Premolt maybe?

Mine will sometimes do that while in premolt. It'll kill the food immediately, but then just move it out of the way and save it for later. It does go back for the meals though. Last time mine did that, the swift roach murder was immediately followed by sealing off it's web den to molt a few days later

Okay. I'll keep on track. I shouldnt have to cut a pinhead up right? I've seen it save meals, I leave them in there for a day or two when it does it.

8 whole days without food...omg, dire situation.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
Lol, wasn't worried about it going eight days. Just curious if this behavior is an indicator of anything.

It might be, it might not...8 days isn't enough time. Try to get a good look at the femurs, generally they get shiny when they're getting ready to molt.

If its not eating and plump, I would wait 2 weeks...if it hasn't molted or is exhibiting hunting behavior, then I will feed....or offer food. Pre-kill is fine, just lay it on the ts webbing.
