My baby versicolor molted this morning, and I got a pic of the new spider :D He/she is starting to get some other colors on her...she looks fantastic. I got a pic of her too:

They are so gorgeous out of molts, aren't they? I wish they kept that blue their whole lives, but then again, the purple/red/green is really amazing too.. Quite possibly one of the best species out there, hands down.

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, aren't versi's just gorgeous? How big is s/he now?

By the way, did yours moult pretty quickly compared to your other slings? I was speaking to someone on another forum whos versi sling moulted at lightening speed, and mine also moulted, hardened and ate within about 12 hours. I was wondering if it's a pattern with baby versi's or if these were just 2 freak incidents??

I don't know...I only caught the end of the molt when I went in to check on everyone yesterday morning. I haven't measured it yet, but looking at it, I would guess in the neighborhood of 1.5"-2" This one is growing quickly, that's for sure.
