Substrate question for b.albopilosum

umm newbie question do you keep a 1" b.albopilosum on dry sub or moist sub? you be the judge.

I find that, @ 1", slings tend to drink from moist sub.So, slightly moisten, but let it dry out before re-moistening....and only wet a portion of the enclosure...it doesnt need to be swampy
