strange tree spider "atomic bomb /crazy clown face "

today i found a very big tree spider it is about 1.5 inches wide by about 2inches it is curled up in a leaf it has a web that is maybe
ten feet across and very strong webbing. does anyone know what speices it is here is a picture thanks chyguy

that looks like a species of Araneus orb weaver, cool spider and it looks like it might lay eggs. ;P
