Looks like it could be impaction? not 100% though.
This is one of those where due to there being huge gaps in knowledge on which we know about scorpion health overall, you will find multiple answers that conflict each other. Generally I tend to see people either suggesting it is caused by parasites or impaction. If it was impaction, from my knowledge there would be an obvious white bulge in between the book lungs. I've also seen people say it could be simply caused by injury.... but hemorrhoids is a new one to me as well!Read another forum thread and it's the same thing and stated it could be hemorrhoids. Which I was like " that's a thing?..... " lol
This is an unaddressible issue. There can be one or more of thousands of causes. From simple edema to tumor.

I have seen it before and it usually doesn't cause any issues, but again, it's hard to say what is going on internally and if the cause is the same as the cases I've seen.
Anyway, it is something that I doubt you can do much about, so just wait it out and I expect it will not cause any major issues.
It is an adult male, it's not rare for them to go on food strike for a while. Might be a coincidence, or it might be related.
I don't think there is much you can do about it.
I've heard vets talk about the relative lack of knowledge in reptile medicine, let alone in arthropods, which is pretty much nonexistent and all anecdotal.
