Strange centipede behavior?

So yesterday I noticed that my pede was pacing back and forth its enclosure the whole day, which it has never done before. And now today, it's laying on top the soil with its legs curled underneath its body. It still moves every now and then to lay in a different area, but it looks like it's in pain.

Edit:
I just checked on it again, and there is a liquid substance coming out from between its terminal legs. :|

No, usually there's a reason such as a major husbandry problem. However, it's not that rare for certain recently imported species.
