Question Starting a new review thread?

It's been a while since I've left a review, and the person I'm leaving one for doesn't have a review section yet. Do I ask him to set it up, or do I "create new item" and fill out his info?

Sorry for the dumb question - just don't want to screw it up for him.

I believe he would need to set up a review page. Then it needs mod approval...after its approved, you can leave a review.
