I can't find much on this particular Arizona mantis. Are there any good care sheets on them? Thanks.

They don't have any special requirements. Same care as most other 'normal' mantis species.

easy. just give em a place to hang, mist once a day. they will take large prey and will actively hunt rather than just sit and wait
