Hey guys Iv looked this up and only found one thread that is pretty old. But I was wondering if spray paint affects tarantulas in any way, the thread was about a guy spray painting hides and props for his enclosures and a couple people said it was ok once the paint dries. I recently painted a lid for my T. stirmis enclosure. I spray painted the frame of the lid. Wiped it down and left it outside all night. Iv only had the lid on for two days and don't see any changes and honestly I hope I don't. I was wondering if you guys have any experience with all this?
Iv also seen threads about paint that is safe to use for back drops and things like that but that's props that's inside of the enclosure that the T is physically around. (Not sure if that makes a difference though)

might as well post the enclosure set up. : )
Ok turns out I searched It up on Google and found around 6 or 7 results on here. It seems 50/50 for me. I might completely ditch the lid. Not worth losing a female T stirmi over a black lid.
