Reminds me of the bagworms we have here everywhere on the walls, but with spikes. Ours are Phereoeca genus.

If that thing is alive burn your house my friend! I couldn't imagine having that thing crawl in my mouth when I'm asleep... but imo it looks more like a seed pod. Some seeds have a velcro like property that enables animals to disperse them! But at first glance I though house centipede but they are more feather like.. I'm keen to find out more please share
