A local AZA member museum that I volunteer at collaborates with them. I helped unpack a shipment from them. Seems like a very knowledgeable company for true spiders.

I never received an email back from them, but I placed an order anyway. Just got off the phone with Chuck, who was super knowledgeable and they seem very responsible. <edit>
