if a spiderling, from one molt to the next, gets alot bigger after the new molt then its past length, almost double its original size, and it does this for quite a few molts,is this tarantula most likely to become a male?im not really talking about how fast the tarantula grows, but how big it gets between molts.i know that males mature alot quicker then females, but i mean just the size between molts, even if its like a molt every year.will this tarantula that grows quite a bit between molts most likely become a male?
thanks
Tom

Growth rates and molt-rates really depend on what Genus/species it is. Even then, sexing a T by that method is nothing more than a guess-with-a-hunch. Diet, feeding, metabolism etc are also factors that come in to play.
