my giant house spider has lain eggs and I was wondering if there's anything specific to do or just to leave her be also roughly how long will they stay as eggs and any advice on keeping spiderings I don't mind blunt answers or a straightforward no.

Around a month or so before they emerge as spiderlings. They're very small and fast, and there will be a lot of them. Babies will feed on fruit flies, and are relatively tolerant of eachother.

For this species are we talking 1mm or 1cm (I'm from the uk sorry) also will she die after Laying or survive to lay more egg sacs.

Unless she's really old, she won't die. She'll most likely continue making eggsacks, how frequently and how many depends on your temperatures. They can be quite prolific.
