Hello! Today I was cleaning out a rack thing in my yard, and I found a sac spider like web, and when I saw yellow legs, I was like yup, another sac spider. I didn't want to drown him/her, so I poked it out of its web. When it came out, I saw it was not a yellow sac spider. It might still be a different(?) type of sac spider. I caught it and tried to find a match online, but it was to no avail. So I came to arachnoboards!! Ok so I don't have pictures right now, and I will get them a little later today, but I will describe it as best I can for now!

Size: 2 cm long with legs, 1 cm long without legs, 1 cm wide with legs, a little less than 1/2 cm wide without legs
Main color: Pale yellowish-green
Patterns/color of pattern: Two vertical stripes running all the way across its body like a grass spider. On its head the stripes are brownish green, on its abdomen, it is light olivish green
Type of web: Sac spider web type
Where found: In backyard, CA
Body type: looks like a grass spider, different colors
Hair type: fuzzy like a grass spider

It is like a grass spider in all ways except its web and its color
Thanks for any help in advance!

I think it’s some sort of Gnaphosid.

I’d say Cesonia genus but the California species with photos don’t really look like this one.
