I don't recognize any other spider pics on the ID sites so any help would be appreciated.

That looks like it might be one of the Tropical Orb-weavers in the genus Eriophora. As you can see, Eriophora sp. are highly variable in both color and markings.

100% Eriophora ravilla.

Here is one with a white stripe like yours. (Note the yellow-orange tinge at the front of the abdomen, which Eriophora edax usually lacks. Eriophora edax also has a spiked protrusion at the end of the abdomen, while Eriophora ravilla looks smooth in comparison.)
