Spider ID (Napanee Ontario)

Mom pulled this guy out of the pool. Just curious as to what it is, I think it’s some kind of wolf spider but it’s bigger than the ones I’ve seen.
My guess was based on the eye placement.

Yeah it looks like it, just never seen one this dark.
