I have a female Hogna lenta and she had a nice plump abdomen but now its small thank her front and I'm really worried. This is my first time keeping this species shes been eating and has water I'm not sure what the issue is any help would be appreciated.

Spider’s abdomen cannot be shrunk as far I as know unless it molts.

No she hasn't molted recently so I'm not sure, shes been digging a lot and been a bit sluggish though

How long has she been mature, and are you sure it's not an MM?
I'm positive she's not a MM because I just found her eggsac haha, turns out she thinned up because she dropped an egg. Thank you for the help everyone don't know what I'm gonna do with all these slings

There is an orb weaver around here that at first I thought had a triangular abdomen. Turned out the abdomen is normally ovate except when preggo which they very often are.
