Sperm Web?

Hey my adult male chilean rose just motled about 3 weeks ago. Already he is upside down again! He spun a web about a inch off the ground and is currently under it, on its back. It kinda looks lik a blanket and he's sleeping under it, lol. Is this a sperm web?

I think that may be one.. because first you said he is an adult male and second he is under it for him to be under it if its made like diagonallly off of the wall which means he could be loading his bulbs or something to that effect

But all jokes aside that does sound like a sperm web. I saw an adult male blondi do it a few weeks back. It was amazing as I have never seen it happen before.

Well now (5 minutes later) its tearing it down so I guess the fort wasnt big enough, lol.

Males will always tear the sperm web down almost right after making it. Get a picture next time. It always cracks me up to see them wiggling under that webbing and doing their thing.
