In the Audubon Guide to Insects and Spiders, the Green Clearwing, Erythemis simplicoiollis, is the closest thing, but it's not a very good field guide, so I wouldn't put much money on it.
There is a book called "Dragonflies Through Binoculars" that is really good for identifying these guys, unfortunately I don't have a copy. Dragonfly-watching is rapidly becoming a very popular side hobby among birders, so there are a number of regional guides availble.
