A few nights ago I was able to take this rare(?) picture of a couple Uroplectes pilosus. This species is usually very shy and the matings I have seem last only 1-2 minutes or seconds even... The quality is not so great, but I had to take a "fast" picture with high ISO-settings... (my hands shake too much...:D ) The male is actually transferring its spermatophore on the stone at the moment the picture was taken.. Look at the position of the legs!..

And some couples U. vittatus and U. olivaceus.....

I'd have to say you are right...theres not that many pictures of mating Uroplectes spp at all.
I especially like the picture of the pair of U.olivaceus, they're a pair of beautys....Male and female?

I recently got a small group (4) of U.carinatus however all but the male died within 3 days of receiving them..(anyone with a spare female?) despite being told that carinatus was amongst the easiest of the Uro's to keep..(just unlucky i guess!).
