Some shipping questions..

It's been a long time since I've been here, but I have a question...

Someone suggested to me, today, that it's illegal to ship T's via FedEx, USPS or UPS. The person claims they "don't want to risk the organization, shipping T's without a license".

I don't recall needing a "license" to ship T's, but I haven't shipped in a year or so. Did something change?

Is there a "legal" way they can ship the T's to me? We're both in the States.

Yes, it is illegal to ship via USPS...

No, its not illegal to ship via UPS or FedEx. However, it is againts their policy.

And no, there is no other legal way to ship tarantulas.
