Wow!!! These are some powerful pictures, what camera setup do you have there??

Thank you for the compliments. I'm using a crappy Sony A230 with the kit 28-55mm glass. Attached to the glass are +2 and +4 Promaster macro lenses. The shots are hand held mostly. Sometimes on a rest.

I shoot mostly at 55mm/fs 3-6 depending on lighting. Most of the time I am using the flash. Oh, ISO between 100-400. Again, depending on lighting. I take about 300-600 shots to get half a dozen okay ones.
