never saw a tiger with orange legs before. score :)


have a care, a blackhead tanzanian tiger morsitans lit me up. top three bad bites, for sure :)

Gavin, would you remind me of the diagnostic for determining sex in S. morsitans? I know it has something to do with the part of the final legs closest to the anus, but beyond that:?

According to Turgut Kocer, females only have faint ridges on the terminals which never reach the tibia whereas males have well-developed ridges on prefemur and femur which are usually also visible on tibia.
