You know, personally I think the only real advantage of pulling a viable eggsac from the mom (aside from her eating it) is the convenience of being able to seperate them out into vials more easily. That's it.

The slings are beautiful! Congratulations!

Actually I was going to pull it on the 50th day, lil buggers decided to come out on the 46th...knew I should have done it on the 40th day

Seperation isn't the only reason to pull the eggsac early. Mold/fungus claims many sacs, and pulling early can save some.

I have tried a couple of times, there are over one hundred for sure, when I separate them I'll get the accurate amount. I'm quite impressed, I had only put them together once and he was pretty old as he died about 13 days before she put the sac together
