Sling sex

Can you sex a sling with a microscope? using the moult,the slings have 2cm leg span, has anyone tried this, i have both so i think ill give it a try . . . .:?

I would say, that is too small to sex.

I'm not exactly good at cm to inch conversions, but I have heard of people being able to sex slings at maybe an inch and a half to 2 inches. However, you would probably have to be really adept at knowing how to sex and try it with a species that is known to develop sexually at such a small size. There are some species, particularly some of the pokies if I remember correctly and I am sure others, that aren't able to be sexed until they are larger. Also, getting the exuvium out in one piece would probably be a chore as well.

Yes, pretty much impossible. 2cm=.8"inches, you will have a very hard time gettin the exuvium out in one piece like Mindutopia said. Best size to sex would be 2"+, by molt.
