I have several Cyriocosmus elegans spiderlings I had them since 1/8 inch they have molted several times and are about 1/2 now one recently webbed the entrance and molted as expected, resurfaced ate and now completely covered the burrow with a mound of substrate and went back down. I know it’s a do not disturb sign but what other reasons could there be to do this.

Honestly just a spider being a spider. It'll reemerge when hungry or thirsty, nothing to worry about.
