Hi y'all

I just bought these assassin bugs. They are Platymeris biguttatus. I found conflincting information online so here are my questions:

- Is the sexual dimorphism like shown on this picture : https://arthropodus.files.wordpress...s_biguttatus_blog_arthropodus.jpg?w=640&h=480 ?
- How long do adults live ?
- How long does a juvenile take to turn into adult ? I mean from small juvenile to mature adult. Some sources are saying 4-6 weeks, others said 6-8 months.. makes no sense to me
- Do I have to wet one corner of the substrate for eggs to develop or can I let the substrate bone dry ?

I have one presumed male adult and one unsexed juvenile. I don't want the adult to die before he has the chance to reproduce but I need the juvenile to be mature for them to mate :D My friend has one adult and one juvenile too, we did a mistake while sharing the box

Thank you for the help

I can only speak for Psytalla horrida.

Their life span is about 2 years, I keep them bone dry.
