Silkworm temps?

I've been researching silkworm care and I have encountered some discrepancies in terms of temperature. Some sources say that they cannot be kept successfully under 75 degrees (Fahrenheit), while others say that 70s should be fine. I want to keep mine at around 70 degrees, will they still grow up fine and breed successfully? Thanks!

NOT an expert here. But Thailand is the home of the greatest quantity and highest grade of silk. The major consumer has been China which imports rather than making their own whenever feasible. The silkworm production months here in Thailand are Late March on through September. Median average temperatures during that period are roughly 76 F to 84 F at night and during the days 84 F to 105 F. Shade is naturally or artificially provided to avoid cooking the infant larvae.
One reason China is not more competitive in silk production is the lower temperatures there.
